Woodmont Country Club (Cypress)

Overview: The Cypress course at Woodmont Country Club is part of Tamarac’s 27-hole Woodmont facility. The current operator describes a championship 9-hole loop renovated in 2024, with fairways, hazards, sand traps and rolling greens, and it currently accepts tee-time bookings.

History: The Cypress and Pines nines were originally designed by Robert Von Hagge in the 1970s. Joe Jemsek later led restoration work, and the current operator says Cypress was renovated in 2024 while the Pines 9 is scheduled for renovation in summer 2026.

Did You Know? Woodmont’s three nines are being renewed on different schedules: Cypress in 2024, Oaks in 2025 and Pines planned for summer 2026. That explains why current conditions and the exact 18-hole combination can change by season.
