Overview: Woodfield is a private Boca Raton course with broad fairways, large bunkers and an island green at the 17th. The current club lists 18 holes and about 7,200 yards from the championship tees after a major renovation.
History: The course was originally designed by Joe Lee and redesigned by Bob Cupp in 2002. The current golf page credits Kipp Schulties with present course design work and reports a recent USD 7.9 million renovation.
Did You Know? Woodfield’s island green comes at the 17th rather than the closing hole, creating a memorable late-round target before the final tee shot.
