Overview: Perched on the spectacular cliffs south of Wicklow town, this course is a mature and highly scenic parkland-coastal hybrid. Established in 1904, the layout is celebrated for its spectacular views that stretch from the Irish Sea to the Wicklow Mountains. Characterized by its technical green complexes and its exposure to the sea breezes, Wicklow Golf Club offers a varied and enjoyable round where the dramatic coastal elevations provide a constant strategic challenge.
Did You Know? The course is situated on land with deep local history, including several holes that play along the banks of the sea cliffs with bird's-eye views reaching as far as the Coast of Wales on clear days. Its design prizes accuracy and tactically navigating the coastal wind, and the club has maintained a reputation for having some of the most consistent and well-manicured surfaces in the Southeast region.
