Overview: White Manor is a Bobby Weed parkland course in Malvern, Pennsylvania, set across rolling ground west of Philadelphia. The rebuilt 18-hole course plays to par 71 and 7,055 yards from the longest published men’s tees. Its design uses broad fairway movement, carefully shaped bunkers and demanding green complexes to produce a modern championship test.
History: The club was founded in 1948, but the current course was completely reconstructed and reopened in August 2003. Bobby Weed Design describes the work as a full start-over renovation across the course property, including rebuilt greens, tees, bunkers and irrigation. The current date therefore refers to the modern routing rather than the club’s founding.
Did You Know? White Manor’s reconstruction received national recognition as a Course Renovation of the Year. More than a cosmetic update, the 2003 project rebuilt the course’s principal playing surfaces and green complexes.
