Overview: Westmoor Country Club is a private Brookfield course with a mature parkland setting and a history of thoughtful architectural intervention. The current layout is listed at about 7,010 yards, while William Langford’s 1957 work and later renovations by Robert Lohmann and Todd Quitno have shaped the course seen today. Tree-lined corridors, expressive bunkers and elevated green settings create a strategic but approachable round.
History: Westmoor opened in 1926, with the Wisconsin Historical Society identifying an 18-hole course by Lloyd Fitzgerald. William Langford renovated several holes in 1957, and a major 2008 renovation by Todd Quitno built on those historic features. The modern course therefore combines early club history, Langford’s Golden Age work and a later effort to create a consistent design theme.
Did You Know? Westmoor’s fourth through eighth holes were redesigned by William Langford in 1957. A later renovation deliberately kept those holes as the historical spine of the course instead of erasing their character.
