Overview: The Third is an 18-hole private course at Watersound Club in Panama City Beach. Love Golf Design shaped the links-style layout through natural Northwest Florida terrain, with broad fairways, large greens, native areas and strategic bunkers.
History: The course officially opened in spring 2025. Davis Love III and Mark Love designed it with Scot Sherman as lead architect, adding a third 18-hole course to the Watersound Club collection.
Did You Know? The name refers to its position as the club's third golf course, not a nine-hole third loop. It marks the newest chapter in the Watersound collection and distinguishes this Love Golf Design layout from Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek.
