Overview: Shark’s Tooth Golf Course is a private Greg Norman design on the shores of Lake Powell near Panama City Beach. Its coastal routing uses mature oaks, pines, marsh edges, bright bunkers and close-cropped transition areas, with five holes playing along the marshy shoreline The longest tees reach 7,246 yards on a par-72 scorecard.
History: Opened in 2002 as the centerpiece of the Wild Heron setting. Norman’s design draws on the natural lake and pine landscape, using firm green surrounds and angled hazards to create a strategic test that feels distinctly different from a flat inland Florida course.
Did You Know? Five holes run beside the marshy shore of Lake Powell, giving the course a recurring water-edge sequence rather than a single isolated waterfront hole.
