Overview: Sarasota's Village Green is an executive-length 18-hole semi-private layout. Its short par-58 layout is designed for walking or riding and offers a compact alternative to a conventional championship course.
History: The course opened in 1970 and is credited to William B. Lewis. Current club information confirms the Sarasota address and active member-and-guest operation, while course data identifies the short layout and its modest scale.
Did You Know? A complete 18-hole round at Village Green measures about 2,810 yards. The short distance does not mean nine holes: the par-58 scorecard still covers a full 18-hole routing.
