Overview: Bordering the Queen Elizabeth Nature Reserve, Victoria Country Club offers an 18-hole parkland round in Pietermaritzburg, with The routing combines rolling ground, mature trees, water features and views toward the surrounding escarpments. The current course plays to par 71 and measures 6,156 metres, approximately 6,738 yards, from the longest published tee.
History: The course lineage reaches back to the Maritzburg Country Club layout created by Bob Grimsdell in 1933. Golf Data remodelled the course to modern standards before it reopened in April 2007, and the present Victoria Country Club identity also reflects the later combination of the Victoria and Maritzburg club histories.
