Overview: Located near Kvinesdal in southern Norway, Utsikten Golfpark is a spectacular 18-hole mountain course designed by Peter Fjällman. Carved out of a highly rugged, alpine landscape, the layout features extreme elevation changes, tight fairways bordered by massive granite cliffs, and small green complexes. The course demands extreme precision to navigate the steep, side-hill lies and the deep natural ravines that intersect the property.
History: Opened in 2007, the course was built to provide a high-end, championship-caliber resort experience in the rugged Norwegian mountains. Fjällman utilized the severe mountain topography to route a highly scenic and visually intimidating target-style course that regularly challenges the best players on the Nordic Golf League.
Did You Know? The name "Utsikten" translates to "The View," a fitting title for a course that offers breathtaking, panoramic vistas of the deep Fedafjorden and the surrounding majestic mountain peaks from nearly every elevated tee box.
