Overview: Twisted Dunes Golf Club is a public links-style course in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Archie Struthers shaped a dramatic inland dune landscape with steep grass-covered rises, deep bunkers and contoured fairways that change the scale of the holes.
History: Twisted Dune opened in 2001 after Struthers moved about two million cubic yards of earth to build the course. The project created a shore-inspired layout near Atlantic City without relying on an existing coastal links site.
