Overview: Tributary sits in Idaho's Teton Valley, where David McLay Kidd's 18-hole routing moves through open ground, wetlands, and views toward the surrounding mountains. The private course is part of a larger 1,500-acre community, but its character comes from the natural valley setting and the low-profile movement of the holes.
History: The course opened in 2008. In 2024, the club began a strategic renovation that included bunker reconstruction and refinements intended to improve playability while retaining Kidd's original relationship with the land.
Did You Know? Tributary's wetlands are a defining part of the property: reports on the renovation identify about 52 acres of wetlands, making water and wildlife habitat part of the course's setting as well as its visual identity.
