Overview: Designed by Pete Dye as a sibling to the Stadium Course, the Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass is a parkland layout. It features water hazards on every hole and rolling fairways bordered by mature pines and wetlands.
History: Opened in 1987, the course was designed to handle resort play while still providing a tournament-quality challenge. It was completely renovated in 2014 to restore Dye's original features.
Did You Know? The course hosted the senior professional tour's Players Championship from 1988 to 1990 before it moved to other venues.
