Overview: Tomoka Oaks is a historic 18-hole course record in Ormond Beach, but it is not a current playable course. Current local reporting describes the golf course as closed and the property as moving through an approved residential redevelopment process.
History: Course references date the layout to 1964 and list it as par 72. Local reporting says the course closed in 2016, while later city and news coverage documents the redevelopment of the former golf-course property.
Did You Know? Tomoka Oaks is a useful example of why directory status must be checked before a golfer plans a visit: the course name remains in historical databases while the land is now part of a development process.
