The Vintage Club (Mountain)

Overview: The Mountain Course at The Vintage Club is a Tom Fazio design beneath the Santa Rosa Mountains in Indian Wells, California. The 18-hole desert layout is listed at par 72 and 7,138 yards, using mountain foothills, palms and carefully irrigated playing corridors to create a lush contrast with the surrounding desert.

History: The Vintage Club opened in 1980 with the Mountain Course as its championship centerpiece. Fazio returned in 2014 for an extensive redesign of his original work, updating the course while retaining its mountain-cove setting.

Did You Know? The Mountain Course sits directly beneath the Santa Rosa Mountains. Its green fairways and trees are sustained in a desert environment, making water management and landscape contrast part of the course’s visual identity.
