Overview: Savannah/Sabal is an 18-hole combination at The Club at The Strand in Naples. It uses two of the club's three Gordon Lewis nines and is played within a private golf community surrounded by preserves, lakes and mature landscaping.
History: The Strand opened in 1997 as a 27-hole complex of Savannah, Sabal and Preserve. Current club material confirms that the directory entry is a two-nine combination and that the Savannah and Sabal nines have their own tournament history.
Did You Know? Savannah/Sabal was the combination used for the LPGA Subaru of Naples Invitational hosted by the club from 1998 to 2000.
