Overview: The Dunes Course at The Prairie Club is a minimalist masterpiece located in the remote Sandhills of Nebraska. Designed by Tom Lehman and Chris Brands, the course is defined by its massive, naturally occurring dunes, wide fairways, and enormous green complexes. It offers a pure, "links-style" experience in the heart of the American prairie.
History: Opened in 2010, The Prairie Club was built to celebrate the unique topography of the Snake River Canyon and the surrounding Sandhills. The Dunes Course was designed to work with the land rather than against it, utilizing the sandy soil and wind to create a course that is ever-changing and deeply rewarding to play.
Did You Know? The course is known for its "Blowout" bunkers, massive, wind-carved sand pits that occur naturally in the region and add both visual drama and a stern challenge to the layout.
