Overview: Lincoln Hills Golf Club’s public Hills Course is an 18-hole parkland layout in Lincoln, with a par-72 routing of about 6,853 yards. Billy Casper and Greg H. Nash shaped the course around rolling Sacramento Valley ground, mature planting and water features, giving the first of the club’s two courses a settled, community-golf character.
History: The Hills Course emerged around 1999 as part of Lincoln Hills, with Billy Casper and Greg H. Nash associated with the original design. The club later added the Orchard Course as a separate layout, so the Hills identity should be treated as one course in a two-layout facility rather than as a generic Lincoln Hills scorecard.
Did You Know? Lincoln Hills has two separate 18-hole courses, Hills and Orchard. The Hills Course is the shorter of the two from the published back tees, while Orchard extends farther. The distinction is essential when matching yardage or course descriptions to the right directory row.
