Overview: The Palmer South Course at The K Club is a dramatic and unyielding companion to the North course. Also designed by Arnold Palmer and opened in 2003, the layout is an "inland links" style course characterized by its massive earthmoving, deep bunkers, and significant water features. It offers a significantly different challenge, with an open, exposed feel that prizes power and long iron play across its rolling, atmospheric fairways.
Did You Know? While the North course is known for its riverside beauty, Palmer South is famous for its visceral, rugged character. It has hosted several Smurfit European Opens and is noted for its unyielding length and its spectacular par-3s that are protected by expansive lakes and unyielding bunkers, providing a truly championship-standard test of mental and physical skill.
