Overview: The Heritage Club is a public Lowcountry course in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, designed by Dan Maples. It winds across historic plantation land beside the Waccamaw River, using mature oaks, marsh, lakes and gently rolling coastal ground.
History: The course opened in 1986 on two historic plantation properties. Its long-running identity has been built around preserving the sense of place while presenting a full-length resort course for public play.
Did You Know? Two holes play around antebellum cemeteries. Those features make the Heritage Club’s history visible on the course rather than confined to a plaque or clubhouse display.
Add this course to your collection, document your round, and earn regional badges.
