The Habitat at Valkaria

Overview: The Habitat at Valkaria is an 18-hole course in Grant-Valkaria that stretches 6,802 yards and plays to par 72, according to the current Golf Brevard course profile. The routing is described through the surrounding nature preserve, while the reviewed sources do not verify an architect, opening year or current access policy.

History: The course is associated with the Valkaria area and its airport and conservation setting. County planning material references the golf-course leasehold and surrounding airport property, but it does not establish a safe opening date for the present 18-hole course.

Did You Know? The Habitat name reflects the site’s relationship with preserved natural land. The course profile specifically places the holes through a nature preserve, which is a more precise description than generic Florida resort language.
