The Gallery Golf Club (North Course)

Overview: The North Course at The Gallery Golf Club occupies desert foothills near Marana, northwest of Tucson. John Fought and Tom Lehman used the high Sonoran setting, native vegetation and changing elevation to create a private course whose broad scale is balanced by separated corridors and demanding approach work.

History: The North Course had its grand opening in December 1998 as the first of The Gallery's two 18-hole layouts. The South Course followed in December 2003, creating a 36-hole facility at Dove Mountain.

Did You Know? The Gallery North hosted the 2000 Tucson Open. The facility later became associated with the WGC Match Play Championship, which was played on the South Course in 2007 and 2008.
