Overview: Designed by C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor, The Creek is a private coastal layout in Locust Valley on Long Island. The routing transitions from a high, wooded bluff to salt marshes along the Long Island Sound. The course includes classic template holes, such as a Redan, an Eden, and a Biarritz green, all heavily exposed to shifting marine winds.
History: Opened in 1923, the course was commissioned by a group of prominent local financiers.
Did You Know? The par-three 11th hole features a unique, sand-surrounded Biarritz green perched directly on the beach, heavily exposed to the tides and winds of the Long Island Sound.
