Overview: The Chase at Coyote Springs is a public desert course in southern Nevada, set among open desert ground, native grasses, cacti and mountain views. Jack Nicklaus designed the course to use the broad valley and surrounding ranges, with long sightlines and shaped greens making approach placement important.
History: The course debuted in 2008 as a Jack Nicklaus Signature design. Its identity comes from the contrast between maintained playing corridors and the surrounding Mojave landscape, with native desert areas remaining visible between holes.
Did You Know? The course appeared near the top of the national best-new-public-course lists when it opened. The official hole guide also gives the holes individual names, which reflect the strategic or visual character of particular sections of the routing.
