Overview: Terrey Hills Golf and Country Club is a private parkland layout situated on the edge of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park north of Sydney. Designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson, the course features pristine fairways carved from native bushland, accented by white-sand bunkers and lakes. The design offers strategic options that challenge low handicappers while remaining playable for members.
History: Opened in 1994, the course was built on a site with rugged sandstone and native vegetation. It was the first new golf course constructed in the Sydney metropolitan area in over twenty years. It has hosted national events, including the Canon Challenge and the Australian Women's Open.
Did You Know? The club's modern clubhouse features traditional Japanese architectural influences, reflecting its early development history and offering views of the eighteenth green.
