Overview: Situated on the shores of Loch Ryan, this is the final course designed by James Braid. It is a parkland layout with a links feel due to its coastal location. It features undulating ground and superb views of the ferries to Ireland.

Did You Know? As Braid's last design, it encapsulates his philosophy of doglegs and strategy. He passed away shortly after the plans were finalized, leaving Stranraer as his architectural swan song.
