Österlens Golfklubb (Lilla Vik)

Overview: Located in Vik, on the southeastern coast of Sweden, the Lilla Vik Course at Österlens Golfklubb is a highly scenic 18-hole coastal woodland layout. Set entirely adjacent to the massive Baltic Sea, the layout features tight, tree-lined fairways bordered by massive apple orchards, subtle elevation changes, and small, well-defended putting surfaces. The course demands precise ball placement to navigate the numerous waterfront hazards.

History: Founded in the early 1990s, the course was built to bring high-quality competitive golf to the Skåne region. The layout was carefully integrated into the natural, historic coastal landscape, minimizing earth movement to preserve the incredibly pristine apple orchards that define the region.

Did You Know? The course is built directly within the massive, historic apple growing region of Kivik. During the harvest season, the entire golf course is enveloped in the incredibly strong, sweet scent of ripening apples, providing a highly unique local aesthetic.
