Overview: Southern Highlands Golf Club is a desert-edge course in Las Vegas where the Jones family’s design uses elevation, native landforms, and carefully placed hazards to shape the round. The broad corridors and large greens give the course room to move, while the surrounding mountains remain a constant part of the setting.
History: The course opened in 1999 and was designed as a father-and-son collaboration between Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. Its development helped establish a championship private course in the southern Las Vegas valley.
Did You Know? Southern Highlands is notable for bringing both Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. together on one course design.
