Overview: Siam Country Club Old Course is an 18-hole parkland layout in the hills outside Pattaya. Mature tamarind and acacia trees line the fairways, while the renovated routing uses gentle elevation changes, deep bunkers and quick strategic decisions rather than a single dominant hazard. The course plays to par 72 and is listed at 7,162 yards from the championship tees.
History: The Old Course opened in 1971 as Thailand's first privately owned golf course. Schmidt-Curley Design renovated the layout in 2007, retaining its established parkland identity while bringing the playing surfaces and tournament infrastructure up to modern standards. It has since become a regular home for the Honda LPGA Thailand.
Did You Know? The finishing par-5 18th runs toward the clubhouse terrace, creating a natural viewing area for spectators and players. That closing setting is one reason the Old Course's final hole has become closely associated with the Honda LPGA Thailand.
