Scepter Golf Club (Ibis/Osprey)

Overview: Ibis/Osprey is an 18-hole combination at the private Scepter property in Sun City Center. The routing uses Florida parkland, water, raised green sites and strategic bunkers, with five tee decks giving the nines multiple playing lengths.

History: Scepter opened in 2005 and was designed by Chip Powell, according to the official club page. Ibis/Osprey is one of three combinations created from Scepter's Falcon, Ibis and Osprey nines.

Did You Know? Many of Scepter's greens are raised, and the official course description highlights the surrounding swales and roll-off collars as part of the challenge.
