Overview: Scenic Hills is an 18-hole Pensacola course with a par of 71 and about 6,730 yards from the longest tees. Rolling hills, pine-lined fairways, elevation changes and water create a parkland layout north of the Gulf Coast.
History: The club has served Pensacola since 1958 and credits the original design to Chic Adams. Jerry Pate redesigned the course in 1992, followed by a full renovation in 2006; the course hosted the 1969 U.S. Women's Open.
Did You Know? Scenic Hills is the only course in Florida to have hosted a U.S. Open championship, with the 1969 U.S. Women's Open taking place on the property.
