Overview: Alligator/Bobcat is an 18-hole combination formed from two nine-hole courses at Sanlan Golf in Lakeland. The combination plays to par 72, with rolling fairways, oak-covered ridges, bunkers and wildlife habitat around the private facility that is open to the public.
History: Sanlan's current course pages describe three nines, Alligator, Bobcat and Coyote, rather than a single 18-hole routing. The available official pages did not identify a reliable original architect or opening year, so those fields remain unfilled.
Did You Know? The Sanlan property borders the Sanlan Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary and Banana Lake, helping protect the natural edges around the three nines.
