Overview: Running Deer Golf Club is a public Ed Carman design in Pittsgrove, New Jersey, set among South Jersey woodland and rolling terrain. Water, bunkers and changing ground give the par-72 course a championship feel while the surrounding trees keep the setting quiet.
History: Ed Carman designed Running Deer, which opened in 2000 as an 18-hole course. It is now part of the Ron Jaworski Golf network and is presented by the operator as the group’s flagship South Jersey layout.
Did You Know? The course is the crown jewel of the Ron Jaworski Golf network, a regional collection that links Running Deer with other public layouts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
