Rock Barn Golf and Spa (Robert Trent Jones, Jr.)

Overview: The Robert Trent Jones Jr. Course at Rock Barn is a foothills layout in Conover, North Carolina, where Lyle Creek, rolling terrain and wooded corridors give the 18 holes a natural rhythm. The course plays to 7,169 yards at par 72 and balances wide playing options with strategic hazards.

History: The Jones Course opened in 2003 as the more challenging of Rock Barn’s two 18-hole courses. It later hosted the Greater Hickory Classic for 13 years, giving the layout a sustained place in senior professional tournament golf.

Did You Know? Lyle Creek meanders throughout the course and helps define several strategic decisions. The waterway is not confined to one finishing hole, but acts as a recurring thread through the entire routing.
