Overview: Riverdale's Dunes Course is a public Pete Dye and Perry Dye design in Brighton, Colorado. The layout uses open ground, shaped fairways and strategic bunkering to create a links-influenced course on the plains north of Denver.
History: The Dunes Course opened in 1985. Perry Dye, Pete and Alice Dye's eldest son, worked alongside his father on the design, giving the course a place in the family's early western design work.
Did You Know? The Dunes is one of two Riverdale Golf Courses, paired with the Knolls Course. Its open setting allows the Dye design to show its movement and bunkering without a resort or residential backdrop.
