Overview: Southwest of the Strip, Rhodes Ranch Golf Club presents an 18-hole public course, close to the Strip but visually separated from it by rolling fairways, palms, water features and mountain views. Ted Robinson Sr. designed the par-71 layout at 6,582 yards from the back tees. The routing mixes playable landing areas with risk-and-reward choices, while a group of distinctive par threes supplies much of the course's strategic and visual identity.
History: Rhodes Ranch opened for play in November 1997 and has matured within the 162-acre community into one of the better-known public courses in the Las Vegas Valley. The course has retained Robinson's original balance of challenge and playability as the surrounding city expanded. Its four-star Golf Digest recognition and long public operating history have helped make it a regular part of Las Vegas golf itineraries.
Did You Know? Robinson described the collection of par threes at Rhodes Ranch as among his finest work. The holes are not treated as filler between the longer par fours: changes in elevation, water and mountain views give them a recurring role in the rhythm of the round.
