Overview: Great Waters at Reynolds Lake Oconee is a Jack Nicklaus resort course that uses the shoreline, coves, and rolling Georgia terrain to create a varied 7,079-yard par-72 experience. Water is a recurring strategic feature, but the routing also moves inland through wooded ground and elevated terrain.
History: Great Waters opened in 1992 as the second golf course at Reynolds Lake Oconee and the only Nicklaus course on Lake Oconee. The layout helped establish the property's identity as a multi-course golf community built around the lake and its surrounding landscape.
Did You Know? Great Waters is the only Jack Nicklaus course directly associated with Lake Oconee.
