Overview: The Norman Course at Red Sky Golf Club is a mountain-resort layout in Wolcott that exposes players to the rugged character of the Vail Valley. Greg Norman's routing uses sagebrush, gulches, open meadows and rock outcrops to create a bold western setting with large-scale views.
History: The Norman Course opened in 2003 as the first of Red Sky's two championship layouts, with the Fazio Course following as the companion design. The resort project used the natural terrain as its identity, allowing the two courses to feel distinct while sharing the same high-country landscape.
Did You Know? A full round from the back tees covers 7,480 yards at par 72. Its open corridors and native surroundings can make the holes look generous from the tee, but the gulches and uneven ground quickly punish a careless line.
