Overview: Quintero Golf Club is a public desert course in Peoria, Arizona, designed by Rees Jones with Steve Weisser. The routing winds through valleys between the Hieroglyphic Mountains, using desert relief, strategic bunkering and generous landing areas to create a demanding Sonoran setting.
History: The original design opened in 2000. Rees Jones returned in 2025 for a master-plan project focused on restoring the original green surfaces and rebuilding fairways and greenside bunkers.
Did You Know? Quintero's location lets several holes look out toward the Hieroglyphic Mountains, which form the natural walls of the valleys used by the course.
