Overview: Situated in northern Rome, Parco Di Roma Golf Club offers a modern, tactical parkland course designed by P.B. Dye. The routing plays through rolling hills and valleys, featuring Dye's signature railway ties, mounds, and deep bunkers. Broad fairways are bordered by historical Roman ruins and archaeological sites, providing a unique playing experience where wind and elevation change the character of every shot.
History: Opened in 1999, the course was designed by American architect P.B. Dye to establish a modern tournament-style layout near the capital. Dye took advantage of the natural clay hills, sculpting them to create deep depressions and elevated greens. The club has since established itself as a premier venue in the Lazio region, combining sport with historic landscape preservation.
Did You Know? The course is located within the Veio Regional Park, and several holes offer views of ancient Roman ruins and tombs, including the historic Tomb of Gladiator, which sit adjacent to the fairways.
