Overview: Palouse Ridge is Washington State University's public 18-hole course in Pullman. John Harbottle III designed the links-style layout across the rolling Palouse, where open fairways, native grass and wind expose the ground's natural movement; the current scorecard lists par 72 and 7,302 yards from the longest standard tee.
History: WSU built Palouse Ridge from its earlier nine-hole golf course, expanding the project into an 18-hole championship layout that opened to the public on August 29, 2008. It became the home course for the Cougar men's and women's teams.
Did You Know? The course has hosted Pac-12 championships and NCAA regional events, including the NCAA women's regional in 2023 and the Pac-12 Women's Championship in 2024, according to the official scorecard.
