Overview: The Reserve is an 18-hole resort-style course at Orange Lake in Kissimmee. The official FAQ lists par 71, generous landing areas and multiple tee boxes. The published scorecard measures 6,505 yards from the blue tees, with shorter white and red options.
History: The Reserve originated with a Joe Lee design in 1982 and was substantially redesigned by Mike Dasher in 2005. That history explains why current sources describe both the original course and the later Dasher routing when they discuss its architecture.
Did You Know? The Reserve's practice range is lighted for night practice, and the McCord Brown Golf Academy operates from the range. It is also one of two 18-hole courses at Orange Lake, which advertises 54 holes across the resort.
