Overview: Set across a dramatic, undulating estate along the shores of Pojoviken Bay in Åminnefors, Nordcenter Golf & Country Club's Fream course is one of Finland's most spectacular and demanding layouts. Designed by Ron Fream, the parkland course features severe elevation changes, thick tree-lined corridors, and massive, highly contoured greens protected by bold, deep bunkers. The stunning views of the Baltic coastline and the historic manor house setting create a truly premium, memorable, and athletic test of golf.
History: Opened in 1988, the Fream course was Nordcenter's first championship layout, immediately establishing a new standard for luxury and design in Finnish golf. Over the decades, the course has hosted numerous prestigious professional tournaments and has undergone careful updates to maintain its position as one of the premier championship venues in Continental Europe.
Did You Know? The course is famous for its grueling vertical shifts, particularly on the back nine, where players must execute precise uphill and downhill shots that require careful calculation of the strong Baltic winds.
