Overview: At Norba, a par-72 woodland routing runs among holm and cork oaks in Cáceres. The longest tees measure about 6,044 metres, and water features vary the round while the Extremaduran landscape supplies its visual framework.
History: Norba was inaugurated on 26 November 1993 and designed by engineer Carlos Corsini. It was developed as a full-length club course in the Cáceres area, with the name and setting connecting it closely to the history of Extremadura.
Did You Know? The course is built around encinas and alcornoques, the holm and cork oaks that define much of Extremadura. Those trees narrow visual corridors and make accuracy important even where the fairways appear generous.
