Overview: Naples Lakes Country Club is an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature course in Naples, Florida. The par-72 layout reaches 6,708 yards from the longest current published tee and moves through a private 490-acre community framed by lakes, woods and natural preserves. Its Palmer design uses multiple tee positions and contoured greens to give the course a playable route without removing the strategic decisions created by water and changing angles.
History: The community was established in 1999 by Toll Brothers, with the clubhouse opening in spring 2001 and the property later turning over to its residents. A wall-to-wall golf-course renovation took place in 2017 under the Arnold Palmer Design Company. The club describes that project as the last course renovation Arnold Palmer was involved with before his death.
Did You Know? The 2017 renovation cut the bunker count from 76 to 44 while reshaping fairways, improving drainage and rebuilding the greens. The change was intended to make strategy more visible, with wider playing corridors and contoured approaches replacing some of the course's earlier forced-carry demands.
