Overview: Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole Gordon G. Lewis design in Naples, Florida. The current club profile lists par 72 and 6,603 yards, with six tee options and an Audubon Certified Sanctuary designation. The parkland layout uses the Naples landscape as a playing frame, combining maintained corridors with water, native vegetation and the environmental character that defines this bundled private community.
History: Naples Heritage was established in 1997 as a gated, bundled golf community. Gordon Lewis is credited with the original course, which remains the club's central amenity. More recent work has focused on infrastructure rather than a wholesale redesign, including a complete irrigation renovation, rebuilt bridges and a renovated practice range and putting green. That improvement program was completed in 2022.
Did You Know? The Audubon designation is more than a decorative label here: the club presents its golf course under the phrase “It's In Our Nature” and treats habitat and water management as part of the property's identity. That environmental setting gives the Lewis layout a distinctly southwest Florida sense of place.
