Overview: Golf Livada is an 18-hole, par-72 resort course in Moravske Toplice, in the flat Prekmurje region of northeastern Slovenia. The layout occupies more than 50 hectares around the Terme 3000 thermal complex, where open Pannonian ground, water hazards and natural planting create a spacious inland setting. The directory credits Donald Harradine as architect and the current competition specification is 6,236 metres, approximately 6,819 yards. Livada's apparent openness is deceptive: the large property gives the wind room to work, while water and carefully shaped greens make distance control important from the first tee to the closing hole.
History: The first three playing fields and practice facilities were operating in 1998, but the complete 18-hole course was established in 2005. That distinction matters for this exact directory row, which represents the full Livada course rather than its earlier practice phase. The finished layout was built as part of the Terme 3000 destination and has since hosted more than 70 events, including international amateur competition. Its golf identity remains closely linked to the spa resort and the broad agricultural landscape of Prekmurje.
Did You Know? Livada's ninth hole is a 596-metre par 5, recognised in the course material as the longest hole in Slovenia. The challenge is not only length: the hole sits within a course known for water hazards, biotopes and open terrain, so players must manage both power and position. The final result is a signature hole that explains why Livada is remembered even by golfers who visit for the surrounding thermal resort.
