Overview: Mölle is a coastal course on the Kullaberg peninsula, laid out inside a landscape of sea views, open ground, low vegetation and the dramatic natural setting around Kullen. The course is relatively short by modern standards, but its par-70 routing is a demanding test of imagination and position. Few bunkers and limited water do not make the course simple. Instead, uneven lies, unusual angles and the wind require players to think ahead and choose a realistic target. The views across Kattegatt and Öresund are part of the experience on almost every hole.
History: Mölle Golfklubb was established in 1943 by architect Ture Bruce. The original course had 12 holes, and six more were added in 1958, creating the 18-hole routing used for the ranked course identity. The club’s current description keeps that 1958 milestone distinct from later course history and confirms the present par-70 setup.
Did You Know? The third hole gives views toward three different bodies of water from the tee, while holes seven and eight cross one another. Those unusual visual relationships are part of what makes Mölle unlike a conventional inland park course.
