Overview: Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club is represented here by an 18-hole par-72 route from the club's larger 27-hole facility in Green Cove Springs. The blue tees are listed at 6,796 yards. Mark McCumber's North Florida design is set among magnolias, oaks, pines, palms, lakes and wooded corridors, with Bermuda turf and water carrying through the strategy of the round.
History: The original Blue and White nines opened in 1986 under Mark McCumber's design, while the Red nine was added in 2004. The property now contains three nine-hole loops that can be combined into three different 18-hole routings. The directory's generic 18-hole identity is therefore kept separate from the club's full 27-hole structure.
Did You Know? Magnolia Point's 27-hole layout is built from three nines, Red, White and Blue, so the club can offer different 18-hole combinations rather than one fixed routing. Community records also describe more than 20 lakes across the wider wooded property.
