Overview: Lost Key Golf Club is an 18-hole public course on Perdido Key near Pensacola. The course plays to par 71 and is listed at 6,801 yards from the back tees, with coastal wetlands, narrow fairways, lakes and waste areas shaping the round. Sea Dwarf Paspalum runs from tee to green, and the five-tee setup gives the Arnold Palmer Design Group layout several different scales.
History: Course records date Lost Key's opening to 1997. The Arnold Palmer Design Group redesigned the course in 2006, and the current operator continues to credit that work while emphasizing the course's coastal setting and environmental stewardship. Lost Key was also the first course in Florida to receive Audubon International's Silver Signature Sanctuary certification.
Did You Know? The club's official tour calls the 13th its signature hole: a short par three whose green is divided into three distinct pin-placement areas. The layout also asks players to carry wetland on the second shot of the par-five 12th.
